The Traction Package is designed for individuals looking to establish themselves in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion roles or consultants seeking to overcome key challenges in their work.
Led by Dr. Bree Gorman, these personalised coaching sessions provide the tools and techniques needed to achieve meaningful impact, create a fulfilling career, and align your work with your values.
Additionally, participants gain access to a monthly DEI network where they can learn from others, share best practices, and benefit from Bree’s expertise and real-life case studies.
Why Bree’s Traction Package?
Bree’s coaching packages are for people working in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion space. This could be HR or People and Culture managers or officers, Inclusion officers, DEI advisory committee members, consultants or those aspiring to take on these roles. Bree also coaches leaders seeking to become Inclusive Leaders.

How does it work?
Our Format
For 3 months you and Bree will work on your approach to DEI as well as those burning issues that arise.
Session cadence will depend on the objectives you set and what works for you. Bree will take you through an initial session to define the objectives and determine success measures.
You will also get 3 months access to Bree’s DEI member network for people working in the inclusion space (meets online monthly on the third Thursday at noon AEST).

$4000 + GST
