Strategy

Bree Gorman specialises in creating Diversity and Inclusion Strategies and Action Plans that create sustainable, meaningful change.

Diverse and productive workforces are not created by chance. Developing an understanding of the barriers to inclusion in your organisation and industry is needed to create a strategy that will deliver timely change. At Bree Gorman consulting we are experts in identifying and developing actions and strategies that are context-specific, targeted, achievable and measurable.

Who can benefit?

Workplaces that realise diversity and inclusion strategies are about more than morning teas and mentoring programs.
Organisations wanting to increase the diversity of their workforce and create an environment where everyone can thrive.
Organisations that have a legislative requirement to develop a Diversity and Inclusion or Gender Equality action plan.

Bree Gorman will work with your data, people and processes to develop a strategy that you can measure, communicate and implement with the resources available to you.

The strategy will be based around some guiding principles that frame the work you do going forward. You will have a strategy that is a breathing, living document that can change as you change.

Combine this work with Bree Gorman’s engagement and training offerings and watch as your employees increase their sense of belonging and you create a more diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace.

Why Bree Gorman?

This is our space.

Bree Gorman is exclusively focussed on Diversity and Inclusion; we have seen what works and what doesn’t, we have lived experience of exclusion and professional experience of design and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies. With this knowledge we continue to refine our approach – no two plans are the same.

We also bring knowledge gained from our research and training offerings to inform our strategy development. But we also understand business, our diversity and inclusion plans are not academic exercises – they are living documents with practical implementation in mind at every step.
